Description

The BSIR linear pneumatic hammers are specially designed to efficiently solve bulk material flow problems in hoppers, silos, chutes and ducts subject to bridging, clogging or adhesion phenomena.

Equipped with a piston moving in a straight line, these linear pneumatic hammers produce a brief, precise and repeatable impulse, transmitted directly to the wall of the installation. This targeted energy fluidises product flow and guarantees uninterrupted process continuity. Their design achieves an effective strike while preserving structures.

Each hammer is designed to work with a dedicated solenoid valve, allowing precise control of the compressed air supply and thus of the vibration triggering. It must be fixed to a steel or stainless-steel base, welded directly to the wall of the hopper, chute or silo, in order to ensure optimal vibration transmission and maximum efficiency of the device.
