Description
The BCIR pneumatic vibrators, recognised for their reliability and robustness, offer an effective solution for improving the flow of bulk materials in hoppers, silos and ducts.
These pneumatic vibrators combine continuous vibration and controlled percussion. The piston strikes on each cycle, producing higher energy to handle difficult materials, reduce clogging and eliminate bridging.
Each hammer is designed to work with a dedicated solenoid valve, allowing precise control of the compressed air supply and thus of the vibration triggering. It must be fixed to a steel or stainless-steel base, welded directly to the wall of the hopper, chute or silo, in order to ensure optimal vibration transmission and maximum efficiency of the device.
