Description

Vibro-impactors are electromagnetic hammers designed to facilitate material flow and eliminate bridging or clogging phenomena through targeted percussion action.

Their shock wave, unidirectional and perpendicular to the wall, eliminates any risk of structural damage.

Each vibro-impactor works with a dedicated electronic control unit, which delivers impulses of 15/100th of a second at regular intervals, perfectly synchronised in voltage and current with the power supply.

This control guarantees optimal strike regularity and ensures maximum efficiency of the system.

The device is fixed to a steel or stainless-steel base, available optionally with studs, nuts and anti-loosening washers, to be welded to the wall of a hopper, chute or silo.

The transmitted shock wave exerts no shear force on the sheet metal and therefore poses no risk to the structure. This technology therefore allows vibro-impactors to be used on thin-walled structures (from 0.5 mm).
