Description

The BCAR pneumatic vibrators, recognised for their reliability and robustness, are an effective solution for improving the flow of bulk materials in hoppers, silos and ducts, particularly in applications where flow regularity is essential.

Their operation relies on a continuous vibration principle generated by an oscillating piston cushioned by an air cushion, providing a regular, progressive, impact-free action, while limiting mechanical stress on structures and guaranteeing stable, constant and perfectly controlled vibration. This technology is particularly suited to small installations, screens, and applications requiring low-amplitude but constant vibration to facilitate product flow.

Each hammer is designed to work with a dedicated solenoid valve, allowing precise control of the compressed air supply and thus of the vibration triggering. It must be fixed to a steel or stainless-steel base, welded directly to the wall of the hopper, chute or silo, in order to ensure optimal vibration transmission and maximum efficiency of the device.
