Description
The FBL series rotary electric vibrators are designed to produce continuous, powerful vibration and promote material flow in hoppers, silos, chutes and other industrial equipment.
Compact and robust, they integrate easily into installations while offering excellent reliability, even in demanding environments or those subject to high temperatures.
Their operation relies on an electric motor fitted with unbalanced weights, generating linear vibration transmitted to the structure. This principle ensures regular, homogeneous vibration, to enable the flow of dry or slightly cohesive products.
These vibrators are characterised by their low-profile design, optimised for foot mounting and easy integration in a compact configuration. They are intended for operation in a normal atmosphere. For use in ATEX Zones 21 & 22 (dust) and where the ambient temperature is between -20°C and +40°C (conditions applicable when used with variable-speed drives), the FBLz range should be preferred.
